For the best care and longevity of the pan, we recommend hand washing with warm water and mild detergent, using a sponge or nylon pad. Be sure to rinse and pat the pan dry thoroughly. When using the pan, only employ silicon, nylon, or wooden tools, and avoid cutting directly in the pan or using sharp metal utensils. Finally, do not heat the pan beyond 450°F, and be sure to wash it before the first use.
