VG-10 Damascus Steel: The Ultimate Blade

VG-10 Damascus steel is the core material of our knives, forged with 33 layers of Damascus steel on each side. This laminated process creates a unique and captivating pattern on the blade's surface. After undergoing a high-temperature heat treatment and a subzero ice forging process, our Damascus steel knives are stronger and more durable than their historical counterparts, with a Rockwell Hardness of 60±2.

Recognizing Real and Fake Damascus

While some may attempt to pass off regular stainless steel as Damascus by laser printing a design, true Damascus steel is intrinsic to the metal itself. You can easily identify real Damascus by etching the blade with ferric chloride or muriatic acid, which will reveal the authentic pattern.
